Zaddie is a wonderful cat. I adopted her in 2019, when she was around 2 years old. She is around 6 years old. She had been abused as a kitten and never really socialized with other cats. She is very friendly towards humans; it took probably a month for her to warm up using treats and calling her over. But now she sits near us, and even is a bit of a lap kitty in the evenings. She gets along tolerable well with one of our cats--an older male who we had previous to taking her in. They do not cuddle or anything, but they are friendly enough. However, she doesn't get along with a younger female cat who my partner had previous to our marriage. We have tried many ways to acclimate them to each other to at least be on acceptable terms. But, to no avail. Zaddie would be happiest as the only pet to a calm house. So, we are seeking such a home for her.
