Male, ~2 years old, ~59 lbs. Approximate Age: ~2 years old Approximate Weight/Size: Large Good with: Dogs, Cats Not tested with: Kids Hi, I'm Shadow! I'm the most loving pup with a lot of love to give. I am a great dog who walks well on the leash, but I can get scared sometimes and I'm working to manage my response to fear. I can be a bit of a nervous nelly when it comes to new things, so i deally my forever home would be patient and encouraging as I experience the world! I've been working with a trainer for the past month to work on my fearfulness and I've come a long way! I've had successful outings to various stores and restaurants. I would love a forever home that would continue to give me this structure and consistency so that I can keep improving. I would love to have another calm and confident dog that is either my size or smaller as a playmate in my forever home. I also would be happy in a home with a cat: I'm very polite! I enjoy playing with and chewing on toys and spending time outside, so I would love a home with a yard but I could make it by without one. Once I get tired I love to snuggle up on the couch. Have I mentioned I love butt scritches? I can't wait to find a forever home where I can share all the love I've got to give!
