Hi there! My name is Dill Pickles. I am a 1 year old Lab/Pit mix that weighs around 47 Lbs. I was surrendered to the shelter due to my family no longer being able to care for me. I walk pretty well on a leash but will benefit from basic training and can't wait to learn all the new things. I LOVE other dogs and don't seem to notice cats. I genuinely believe everyone is my best friend and am determined to make that true! If you have other dogs in the home, a meet and greet is encouraged to make sure we get along. I am a Diamond Dog and have been at the shelter for 90 days as of 09/01/23. My adoption fee is $75. I am neutered, microchipped, current on my rabies vaccination, boosters to date, and heartworm negative. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption.
