Meet Sarge! Hi everyone, my name is Sarge and I am a 5 month old Catahoula Leopard dog mix. I currently weigh in at a healthy 26 pounds, but I still have lots of growing left to do. When i'm fully grown the kennel staff thinks I will be around 50-60 pounds. I have a gorgeous coat that is a soft brindle with cute little white paws! I am a very sweet boy who loves to be with my people I will even let you carry me around just like a big baby. Meeting new people gets me very excited even though I can be shy at first, im always interested in getting to know them and making everyone my best friend. I have also been told that I do great with children of all ages due to my sweet temperament. I love being pet as it's one of my favorite things to do and i'll seek your attention whenever I can as I love it when you scratch behind my ears and give me belly rubs. I am also great with all dogs big or small and enjoy running around playing with them and I am very submissive as well. I currently play with two other fur friends, so if you have another dog I would love to meet them to see if we would be best friends! I don't have much life experience yet, but i'm a fast learner and love to learn new things. My ideal home would be with a loving family or person who is looking for a loving fur baby to cuddle and play with, maybe even with another fur friend to keep me entertained. I'm not fond of a crate so I will need some training in this department. I am so excited to meet you and I just know we are going to be best friends! I am currently up for adoption.
