Introducing LEYLA, a very loving and playful 35 pound, Labrador mix puppy who is about 1 year old. Leyla loves everyone she meets and loves playing with dogs big and small. Leyla doesn’t have a mean bone in her body and thinks everyone is her best friend. She enjoys going for walks and does nicely on a leash and will happily greets everyone, including kids. She also enjoys playing with her toys and will try to encourage other dogs to play with her. This very sweet girl is housebroken and signals when she needs to go outside to eliminate. Being a young dog, Layla does best with a schedule for outside breaks; having adopters who are home more often is ideal. Like all puppies, Leyla would benefit from going through obedience training with her adopter - she didn't receive a lot of training prior to rescue. This gentle, loving pup is very eager to please and is very smart.Leyla has been examined by licensed veterinarians, and provided inoculations, was dewormed, spayed, tested for diseases, and microchipped. A Caring Place - All Breed Dog Rescue adopts throughout the Greater Chicagoland Area.
