Your next adventure partner is waiting to meet you! Embrey is a wonderful young husky with a fun, energetic spirit. His ears give him away as a mix, but we think he is 100% husky in personality. We`ve had him for about 3 weeks, and here are some of our observations: - He loves going on walks and hikes -- anything where he`s out exploring the world. Not so much into fetch (we get a `what`s the point of this` vibe from him). He`s a good walker on the leash. - He loves playing with dogs. He`s met dogs of several energy levels and was respectful of the lower-energy dog, but he has a very active play style so might get along best with a higher-energy dog. We aren`t sure how he does with cats.- He`s got home living down. He`s house-trained, and we`ve never observed any destructive behavior. Sometimes he jumps on couches and the coffee table when he`s playing with our other young dog and they`re super amped, but it`s all in good fun.- Some of his playful puppy-ish energy translates to coming on a bit strong to new people. He is so eager to meet people that he gets a bit jumpy and over-enthusiastic in his sniffing. He`s much more mellow once he knows someone. We are working on his greetings, but he might do best in a house without young children due to this energy. - He`s very smart and a quick learner, but he also has a typical husky independent streak.
