She's 4-5 years old and fully grown at 25 pounds. She loves other dogs and is fine with cats. Courtney loves everyone she meets and loves to cuddle up next to her person on the sofa. She's a medium energy girl who loves playing with her foster siblings. Courtney is housebroken and crate trained. Standard beagle rules apply -- she needs a home with a physically-fenced yard. If you'd like to meet Courtney, please fill out a dog adoption application at dreamhouserescue. We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter. You can meet Courtney at our weekly adoption event, Saturday noon-2 at PetSmart Eastgate. All of our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care. Our adoption fee covers the dog’s veterinary care, including spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, microchip, deworming, flea and tick prevention, heartworm prevention and any other needed veterinary care. A deposit is required to take a dog home for a trial period. The deposit will be applied to the dog’s final adoption fee.
