Adopt Carlee a Black - with Brown, Red, Golden, Orange or Chestnut German

Carlee is about a year old and was dumped in a rural area. The neighbors were taking care of her but she is ready for her new home and a family that can absorb all of this sweetness into their home yet provide structure and training. Carlee has a desire to please and wants to love everyone and everything but gets nervous easily. She thrives on attention and has plenty of love to reciprocate. Carlee loves toys and probably would make an excellent frisbee dog as she is very athletic. She loves for you to toss treats for her to catch in her mouth. Because she is so smart, she would to be intellectually stimulated. Carlee is a very sensitive dogs and if she does something she knows you don't approve of, it's a dead give away by looking at her ears! She seems to be more obedient with males as far as listening to commands. We don't think she would be a good apartment dog as her breed requires more stimulation and exercise. Carlee is definitely loved in her current home which is a mini farm but she does not do well with differentiating farm animals which are pets and not prey. Living with chickens will not be an option for her! UGH! Other than that which is characteristic of many dogs, she really such a nice fur baby! We would love to find her a home where she can build confidence in herself and humans. Carly loves training time and the attention that goes along with it. When it is bedtime Carly goes to her crate, pauses to see if you want to give her a little love or a treat, then climbs right in. Her personality is very similar to an Australian Shepherd.
