It’s just not right that wonderful Mimi Rose is still at the rescue after her sad surrender situation brought her here 1 1/2 years ago. Sweet and loyal Mimi Rose had lived happily with her human mom from 8 weeks of age, until she moved into an assisted living facility and had to give her up. Mimi Rose is now 10 years old, but is still full of energy and enthusiasm. She is very sweet and friendly, and loves to share her time hanging out with people. She especially enjoys brisk walks, and also likes to romp in the yard, and play a little with toys. Mimi Rose is a uniquely beautiful Boston Terrier/Rat Terrier mix and about 16 pounds. She has a lively, fun personality, and is more than ready to make a terrific companion to a new parent. Mimi Rose would be best as the only dog in her new home, or with another mellow, respectful dog. If you believe you are a great match for Mimi Rose, please put in an application today. Our normal response time is approximately 7 to 10 working days. Our Adoption Committee works very hard to place our dogs in environments where they will be most likely to succeed. Please understand that we have more applications than we do dogs and that if you do not hear from us within that timeframe, we currently do not have a dog who we feel would match your needs. Our fee includes neuter or spay, all shots, and snap test for heartworm/erlichia/lyme. We take care of whatever their medical needs might be before they are adopted. WE DO NOT SHIP OR ADOPT OUT OF THE SOUTH FLORIDA AREA.Shelter locationWe show by appointment only after the adoption application has been processed and approved.
