Hailey came to the shelter March 2021 when she, along with about 40 other cats and kittens, were rescued from a severe hoarding situation. She has come a long way since that day! At first, Hailey was very confused, hiding and fearful of everyone and everything around her. With the perseverance and patience of volunteers, Hailey is now ready to find her forever home. She greets everyone who comes into her room, encouraging lots of scratches and pets. Hailey is not keen on being picked up, but would be a perfect couch companion! Hailey is approximately 3 years old and would love to have a home of her own: A home where she will receive tons of love and be pampered fur-ever. As with all our feline friends, Hailey is up-to-date on vaccinations and has been spayed. ##1042321##Adoption processYou must first fill out an adoption application. Please go to "Site Map" under the home tab and click on the "Forms and applications" tab to find an application. Allow 2-3 days for us to process your application A volunteer will contact you and arrange for you to meet the pet you have chosen to see if it is a good match. If all is well, you will sign an adoption contract, pay an adoption fee and you will have a new family member. All cats are spayed and neutered as part of the adoption. They may be tested for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) and Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) for a fee of $15.Shelter locationTo see the cat you would like to adopt, please call or email us and we will make arrangements for you to meet him/her. We also host adoption events periodically at Petco in Plover, WI.
