My name is Georgia and here is a bit of info about me: Breed: German Shepard/Golden Retriever mixAge: 3 yrsGender: femaleWeight: 88 lbsHeight: tbdHighlight(s): very friendly, cuddly, sweet Just the sweetest gentle giant ever, I love to cuddle and surrender myself to the experience. That being said, I do find it a bit hard to share my family with another female who, like myself, loves human attention. I am much better sharing with a male dog who will be an easy-going play partner.Roaming free as a neighborhood dog in my country of origin, I was cared for by the people there. Then a new non-dog friendly family moved in. They asked animal control in my Middle East country to remove me (which means kill me.) When my rescuer found out, she asked one of the nice neighbors to move me to a boarding facility to keep me safe until I find a home in Canada. I am the loveliest, most friendly dog you'll ever find. Good with people, including those mini-people called children. I am also good with all male dogs but I can be bossy around female dogs who are smaller than me. Cats? Not a problem, they aren't of much interest to me.I'd love a home with a yard best, but so long as we get out for adequate exercise and fun, I would probably be good without one. In that case, additional fees will apply to fly your dog to Vancouver by cargo. Unaccompanied cargo costs within Canada range from $350 - $550 depending on the size of the dog.
