Luna is a 4 year old Lab mix, she lost her tail but still you can tell when she is exited to see you. Looking for a forever home.Adoption processWe take great care in being sure that each adoption is a good fit for both the animal and the adopter. Once the adoption is finalized, after a 1 week trial period, we follow up with the adopter (sometimes more time is needed) making sure that the pet is well adjusted to its surroundings and its new owner.We also ask that they take the adopted pet to their Vet to have the pet checked out even though we have done so prior to the adoption.Shelter locationWe have adoption events almost every weekend. Our Adoption events take place at Petco & Petsmart, our adoption partners. We also participate in other adoption events in the city of San Diego, CA, i.e., the Doggy Street Festival (at Liberty Station) as well as all the events sponsored by the Animals Support Foundation, that take place in Grossmont, San Diego.
