Miniature English Bulldach Dog for Adoption in Minneapolis, Minnesota, 55429 USNickname: Walter Posted Breed: Dachshund / Bulldog / Mixed. // Find our applications at .midwestanimalrescue Adoption Fee $400 plus tax Walter is a goofy and cuddly guy who wants to be near his people. He loves laying in the sun, going on walks, treats & toys and being under the covers. Walter needs a fully fenced yard as he can be quite the escape artist. He likes to run for short bursts in the yard and find smells to roll in. Walter gets along with his two resident dogs, but is still learning polite greetings with new dogs. Walter is very curious, and needs someone who can be patient and reassure him. He is still working on leash training and is currently demonstrating some reactivity with other dogs. Walter is left home with the resident dogs for a few hours at a time. He is known to be a snoop and counter surfer, so he is put in a room with our resident dog. He will settle when left with a doggy friend. Walter picks up on patterns and routines quickly. He is not a quiet boy and will express his needs. At this time, we do not how Walter does with kids or cats. Walter tends to be curious, cautious and skittish around new animals and meeting people outside the home. Currently we are working on basic obedience and leash etiquette. (At this time, we are unsure about Walter’s hearing and are working with MARS vet) If you have previously applied with us please email adoptionatmarsgmail to reactivate your application with new interest.All fees are subject to MN sales tax and a processing fee at the time of adoption.
