Beagle Mix Dog for Adoption in Batavia, Ohio, 45245 USNickname: Clara Posted Breed: Beagle / Mixed (medium coat). Adoption Fee: 300.. Seriously, how cute is little CLARA? She is a charming mixed breed girl, still a puppy at around 9 months old and currently 23 pounds. If she's not fully grown she's very nearly so. Clara came to us from an overcrowded rural shelter where her time was up. She's Heinz 57 varieties-type mixed breed girl with a medium-length coat. She appears to be some kind of beagle mix. She's a very friendly girl who loves everyone she meets. She's loves to play with the other dogs in her foster home, ignores cats and is just so sweet. She walks well on a leash, too. Clara is housebroken and crate trained. Clara must go to a home in the Greater Cincinnati/Tri-State area in order to complete the vetting covered by her adoption fee. If you'd like to meet Clara, please fill out a dog adoption application at dreamhouserescue. We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter. You can meet Clara at our weekly adoption event, Saturday noon-2 at PetSmart Eastgate if she's still available. All of our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care. Our adoption fee covers the dog’s veterinary care, including spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, microchip, deworming, flea and tick prevention, heartworm prevention and any other needed veterinary care. A deposit is required to take a dog home for a trial period. The deposit will be applied to the dog’s final adoption fee.
