Updated 12/31/23...Meet Pippa! She is an adorable, shy 6 lb, 4-year-old terrier mix who came to us as a stray and pregnant from an overcrowded shelter in CA. Her puppies have all been weaned and she is ready to find her forever home. She is bonded with her remaining puppy, Persia and they will need to be adopted together. She enjoys the company of people, but her passion is to play with other dogs. She's an active dog and loves to play. She will need a house with a yard as she doesn’t like leashes and is curious and likes to explore. Pippa is up to date on vaccinations, spayed and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $500.Adoption processInterested in adopting one of our rescue dogs? Here are the steps to a successful adoption: 1) Review the dog's picture and bio; 2) Fill out an Adoption Application 3) We will screen your application* and call you to tell you more about the dog, 4) A Meet and Greet will be set up. All members of your household (dogs and humans) must attend the meet and greet; 5) If you are approved for adoption, pay the adoption fee, sign the adoption contract and receive the dog's health records; 6) Love and adore your new dog! *FHDR Adoption Application Privacy Policy: Our organization - Forever Home Dog Rescue - values your privacy. Any and all application information is private and will not be shared outside of our organization with ANY other party. After a decision is made on a dog, all applicant and adopter personal information will be disposed of by shredding. We do not retain any application information past adoption in an effort to preserve the security and privacy of applicants. Vaccination, microchip and medical records of adopted and current dogs can be accessed under the dogs name and month of adoption.
