Banana was surrendered to the shelter with her sister Strawberry covered in bloody scabs and sores all over their bodies, though Banana's skin seemed to be much better off than Berry's. Both girls are shy, and obviously need some time working on their confidence, but what they may lack in confidence they make up for in sweetness. Banana is being treated for her skin and will be good as new in no time. She is a happy, full body wiggley girl and she loves other dogs. She is currently being fostered where she is learning all things puppy! She is good with cats and kids and loves to snuggle up in your lap if she can get her body curled up on you. Our adoption process is unique in that we work with you every step of the way to ensure that we’re placing the right dog with the right family. First, chat with us about what you’re looking for in a dog and we will set up a time for you to meet the lucky pup. From there, fill out an application. Once reviewed we set up a time to bring your potential pup to your house for a home visit and trial week. We want to make sure it’s the right fit for both your family and the dog involved. We will be totally available during the trial week for any questions or concerns. The last step is to finalize the adoption. And then congrats, you’re a new member of the Swamp Haven family and your happy tail has just begun! Our adoption fee is $350
