Wowsers! Look at Saffron - who is a drop dead gorgeous black shepherd girl! She is approximately 2-3 years old and sweet! After some TLC and feeling good, she is blossoming. She has opened up and plays like a puppy, loves stuffed, squeaky toys, bones and will even help you pick up the sticks in the yard. She loves being outdoors and walks great on a leash too! Saffron is house and crate trained, but the crate is not a favorite for her (and does well without it at night). The foster family stated that she continues to 'amaze' them! She is good with the current, similar sized, dogs in the home and she loves zooming around the yard with her buddy! She takes correction well and is so sweet! Saffron will require a fenced yard in her new home! Saffron exhibits many typical GS working dog traits: Super smart, eager to please and will excel at training or with a job. She does have a prey drive - so no small dogs or cats in the home for this girl. **Breed or size (once fully grown) is a 'best guess' and is not guaranteed since they arrived into rescue without either parent. **Magnificent Mutts is an all foster home based rescue and meets are held by appointment with the entire family in attendance. Please ensure your current pets are up to date with vetting, have landlord/HOA approval and are prepared to take your new family member home at the adoption appointment. Thank you for your interest!
