ABOUT NADIA Nadia is an adorable lab mix puppy, around 4 months old. She came to HAP from a high-intake shelter in Louisiana when they no longer had space for her and her littermates. Nadia has been spending her days in a wonderful foster home, waiting to find her forever family! Here's what her foster mom has to say about her: "Nadia is a little love and we enjoy having her in our home. She is attentive, affectionate and very social. She sleeps in a crate overnight and is working on house training. This smart puppy is quickly learning to walk nicely on a leash. Nadia enjoys time in the baby pool and running through the hose. She sits patiently through baths, seeming to enjoy both the water and the massage. A social and helpful girl, she spends time working in the garden with her foster Mom as well as playing with her canine foster sisters." **Nadia is currently in foster. She is available for adoption by appointment. If you are interested in adopting this dog, please submit an adoption questionnaire! Our adoption process is on a first-come, best-match basis and we are not able to hold animals. If you are interested in this specific dog but it ends up not being the best fit upon meeting, our adoption counselors will work with you to help find a match! All household members, including children and other dogs, must come along for the meeting to make sure it's a good fit. If a match is made, we encourage same-day adoptions! Our adoption fees include the animals' spay/neuter, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, fecal testing, heartworm testing, and a small bag of food to get you started.
