Bowen's attitude is 'Life is good!' Simply put, Bowen is great dog and will fit perfectly with a family. Playful, social, easy going, are just a few of his many attributes. Oh, let's not forget handsome. This guy is a looker! He loves attention and his engaging personality makes him hard to resist. He loves hanging out with people and has excellent house manners. He is housetrained and sleeps on a dog bed at night. He enjoys being outside, playing in the pen with toys and balls and running around enjoying life. He needs a fenced yard so he can run off leash. At just over 5 years old, he is an active guy, but he does tire out after getting in some exercise. He would love a family that will do fun, active stuff with him. He is good with kids and most dogs. You may find the love of your life being very different than what you envisioned. The pet you will be most pleased with will be the one with the temperament that fits your personality. That frequently has absolutely nothing to do with the looks or breed of the animal. When you adopt one of our pets, you will get an animal that has been checked by our veterinarian, spayed or neutered, given basic shots (including Rabies and puppy/kitten shots), a folder with the medical history and various useful information, and a contact with someone to answer any questions you might have as your pet settles into your home. What we will ask of you is a small adoption donation to the League, which is only a very small portion of what you would pay a veterinarian for all those services. We will also ask you to promise that, if for any reason it does not work out, that you will bring the animal back to us.
