Interested in adopting a kitten - look no further! We were found as strays in Lewiston, the local shelter turned us away for being sick and having nowhere to house us. Desperate, the finder reached out to WCHS and we admitted them to our shelter. We had a rough start and were pretty sick for a while - one of our siblings even died! We're all doing much better now and excited to find families to call our own. Kittens are as cute as can be and will steal your heart, but they are a big commitment. These little bundles of joy will grow very fast, and while they are still learning, they will need a lot of love, attention, and playtime to learn the ropes and grow into happy and healthy adult cats. Kittens do best in pairs, or with another friendly cat to teach them the ropes! Kittens who do not have enough socialization and appropriate play toys or a play mate can be more aggressive and more destructive, so make sure you are prepared to give them what they need to be successful! Kittens 4 months old and younger are $170 and kittens 5 to 7 months old are $120! On two-furTuesdays, you can adopt 2 for the price of one. All kittens are FIV/FeLV/Heartworm tested, spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped, receive a vet exam, and receive all age appropriate vaccinations.If you have any questions or would like to adopt Jackson Galaxy, please reach out to the adoption group directly.
