Thank you for interested in adopting Cracker. Please know that Cracker is an international rescue. When your application is approved, you will need to pick him up from the airport - such as SFO, SEA, JFK, LAX, ONT, IAH, etc. International adoption is not a complicated process and we‘ve done the process many years. We would be happy to explain to you how the process works. Rescue story: The rescuer feeds some stray dogs far away from her home and she found a mama dog with 4 puppies. She was not able to help them but only could give them enough food to survive. One day, one of the puppies voluntarily came close to the rescuer and when she held the puppy, she found the puppy was covered by ticks and fleas and was in a very bad condition. The rescuer decided to find all of the dogs and was able to capture the mama dog and the rest 3 puppies. Cracker is not so active and more calm than other dogs in his age. He likes people very much. He is friendly with the dog in the foster. He is not interested in meeting new dogs. In the current foster, he doesn’t play much with the foster’s dog and follows the foster all the time. Cracker used to get carsick and drool. He is now good with drives as long as 40 minutes but he is getting better and stays good for longer drives. Cracker is good on leash and can be controlled well during walks. His reaction to new dogs, especially when they are big, is different whether he is with the foster’s dog or not. When he is with the foster’s dog, he barks at the big dog. He seems to be a little scared and the fosters calms him down by commending him to sit and stay. When he becomes calm, he doesn’t bark anymore and behaves well. When he walks alone, he doesn’t bark at other dogs. He may get a little nervous but still listens to the foster’s commends like sit, stay and down.
