Connie was transferred from Glynn County Animal Services, where she had apparently been a guest for a while. Her long tenure may have had to do with her heartworm positive diagnosis. However, she will be treated for heartworms here with our veterinarian. Connie was an owner surrender at GCAS because she did not do well with cats. However, if you do not have cats and are a German Shepherd fan, you will fall in love with this gorgeous girl. Connie is 54 pounds but does not look it! She carries her weight well. She is short and stout and appears to have some other breed mixed in with the Shepherd. Maybe Bassett? Whatever her genetics, Connie is great with other dogs and loves all people.Email XXXX@hsscg.org for an appointment or just come on by. We are open 11 to 4 Tuesday through Saturday.
