Meet Growlithe! He's a georgeous shepherd mix, thought to be about 6 years old and 70 lbs. We don't know much about Growlithe's life before Brave since he was a stray at an overcrowded Texas shelter. Growlithe won the hearts of the shelter staff with his puppy dog eyes and obsession with tennis balls. He has been through a lot of stress and change in these last few months, but give him a little time and space to adjust and he will be your number one companion. Growlithe needs a cat-free home and would do best as an only dog. He loves nothing more than playing fetch so if you're able to do that, you'll be golden. You'll be our hero if you give Growlithe his forever home - he is so deserving of a family of his own! He is fostered in a private home in Lincoln. The adoption fee is $300 which helps cover the cost of vetting procedures. Adoptable pets will have received age-appropriate vaccines and dewormings, a microchip, heartworm test (if applicable) and a spay/neuter.
