Goober Hound (Unknown Type) Young Male

We are thinking this younger guy is a Treeing Tennessee Brindle Hound mix. We don’t know his exact age as he was picked up a stray, but he is definitely on the younger side. He was emaciated when he was found with his brother, but is now back to a healthy weight and ready to go to a forever home. He is very sweet and playful. Likes other dogs and cats. He does adorable things like carry a toy or bowl around in his mouth wagging his tail like, “look how cute I am!” He has impeccable manners (sits before a door opens, etc.), is great in the car, and walks without pulling. His only issue is counter surfing, getting in trash, etc. This may be due to being so hungry for so long, but with consistent supervision and management, this could decrease over time as he realizes food isn’t going to be a scarcity anymore. He is pretty chill, and laidback. Goober loves to snuggle and nap with you too. He has not been around kids in his current foster, but we think he would be good with all ages.If you have any questions or would like to adopt Goober, please reach out to the adoption group directly.
