Simone is a beautiful 2 year old female chocolate lab. She was found by a Good Samaritan who was able to hold her until we could take her. Thank goodness!!!! Simone is incredibly sweet, loves kids, good with other dogs. And surprisingly she is heartworm negative. Please complete the appropriate application if interested in fostering or adopting. March 19, 2024, 9:25 amAdoption processSHR will require an application and home visit for the adoption of any of our animals. The customary adoption fee is $150 for dogs $85 for cats.Shelter locationScout's Honor Rescue does not currently have its own facility to keep the animals in its adoption program. All animals in our program are fostered by individuals who keep the dog or cat at their residence until it is adopted. Consider opening your home to a dog or cat in need. You become the caregiver to a precious animal – their future is in your hands! It is incredibly rewarding to know that you have given that animal the two most precious gifts- Life and Love. For many of them, this is the first kind hand they have known.
