Naja von Nazza is a stunning 4-year-old long haired German Shepherd. Magnificent Naja is a big old fluff muffin who loves heading out for walks and exploring the neighborhood. And when we say big, he's approaching 100lbs. In addition to walking, Naja’s other favorite hobby is being petted as much as possible! He’ll sidle right up to you to get your attention if need be – this sweet boy knows what he likes! According to his prior family, Naja is friendly, affectionate, obedient and good with children. He's also housebroken and knows "Sit" and "Paw." At the rescue he does well around other dogs on walks, including meeting a small dog nicely. In his playgroups, Naja is comfortable. He approaches the yard calmly and enjoys mingling with the other dogs and checking back in with his humans from time to time. If you’re looking for an all-around good big boy who is as sweet as he is handsome, Naja could be your dog! Mixes are "softer" and somewhat more malleable. Exceptions can be made, however, for first-time adopters who show the confidence and leadership tendencies that purebreds will respect and respond to. Counselors have to use good judgment in assessing the attributes of the adopter, as well as of the dog.
