My name is Sarge and I am a young 1 year old pup. Luckily, I was rescued by Howard's Haven and Martina Animal Rescue. I am currently at Howard's Haven in Northern CA. My rescue came and met me and took these great videos. He has a lot of energy when first out of kennel, but mellows once out a bit. He’s sweet and happy to get to know you. We had the opportunity to test him with several other dogs and he is dog friendly. Sarge enjoys pets and he’s a nice size too. Only 40lbs. He is strong and he also knows "sit". Shelter volunteers said this about Sarge: learns quickly, treat motivated, silly and playful; fun pup, very sweet and affiliative, easy going nature, and friendly, sits for treats, puppy fun/energy, dog friendly, likes water. Here at Howard's Haven, he also did good seeing the goats and horses. He and Montana (another dog) were very sweet to each other.
