Moka is somewhat cautious but adaptable given her young age. Early socialization and positive experiences with various environments and situations will help her grow into a well-rounded and confident adult dog. Moka is around 10 months as of march 2024, 35 pounds, spayed female and fully vaccinated. She is an adorable Lab mix puppy! Labrador mixes often have a friendly and outgoing nature, making them great companions for both dogs and cats, as well as people of all ages. Moka will bring a lot of joy and fun to her forever home!!!Adoption processWe take great care in being sure that each adoption is a good fit for both the animal and the adopter. Once the adoption is finalized, after a 1 week trial period, we follow up with the adopter (sometimes more time is needed) making sure that the pet is well adjusted to its surroundings and its new owner.We also ask that they take the adopted pet to their Vet to have the pet checked out even though we have done so prior to the adoption.Shelter locationWe have adoption events almost every weekend. Our Adoption events take place at Petco & Petsmart, our adoption partners. We also participate in other adoption events in the city of San Diego, CA, i.e., the Doggy Street Festival (at Liberty Station) as well as all the events sponsored by the Animals Support Foundation, that take place in Grossmont, San Diego.
