Dear Future Owner, my name is Remi and I am a 9 month old, 52 pound female Great Pyrenees/Anatolian Shepherd mix. That means you’re getting the best of two amazing breeds. I was a stray on the streets of Lockhart, TX, when I was chosen to enter the dog dorm aka Paws in Prison at the Coleman Unit in Lockhart. I have the most irresistible smile and do well in car rides. I absolutely love going on walks and stay by my handler's side like a good girl. I’m motivated by food so that will be a good way to start off our relationship, with a nice dog snack!!!! On my way to get my clean bill of health from the vet, I was offered an ice cream cone and I was very polite when I took my first taste. I have not yet picked out my favorite toy, but I think it would be more fun if you helped me do that when we go to my forever home. Once I have completed the Paws in Prison training program I will have all my basic obedience skills, be house trained, crate trained, microchipped, spayed and receive a clean bill of health. Please help me create my next chapter in life as your loyal and trusting companion who wants to do nothing more than make you proud to tell all your friends about me!!!. Remi would make a great competition obedience dog or rally competitor! She is S-M-A-R-T!!!
