Momma kitty came to us as a feral momma with 4 babies. She was very wild and didn't want anything to do with humans for the first few months of her life with us (hence her tipped ear). We had originally planned on TNR'ing her once her babies were old enough to leave their mom. Once she was spayed and after a lot of work showing her that humans were actually pretty cool, she decided to come around. She now LOVES to be loved (on her terms, of course). Her favorite spot to cuddle is right in your arms or right next to you on the couch. She has a very loud purr and loves to lay her head in to yours for forehead kisses. She has been a wonderful office kitty and spends all of her time hanging out with us. She is a very playful girl and loves to play with toys that make a scrunch noise. Some things to know about Momma - although she is a very loving girl, she also likes her space. Because she came to us feral, she still doesn't like to be picked up or have her paws touched. Nail trims have proved to be a challenge and I'm unsure of whether she'll ever allow you to trim her nails.When bringing her home it may take some time for her to warm up to her new family and surroundings.
