Tank is a five-year-old, 60-pound pittie that we rescued for a group in the northeast. He had heartworms, so we had to hold him here to treat him. He had two applicants, and they both got tired of waiting for him to bring his treatment and head north, so they found other dogs. Now it’s cold up there, and adoptions have slowed. Meanwhile, everyone from vets to boarding staff has fallen in love with this big goofball, so we thought we would post him, and maybe he could find a home here. Tank is great with other dogs, and he seems to be very clean in his kennel.
