Charlee is a three-year-old, 47-pound female lab mix who arrived at the shelter the day after Christmas after being bounced from home to home due to divorce. Unfortunately, she was also limping when she was dropped off. X-rays at the shelter show a torn ACL. Charlee is good with kids and is house and crate-trained. She also knows basic commands like sit and lie down. We found a foster for Charlee, and she is doing great. She’s housetrained and crate-trained but doesn’t need it. Once we find a home for her, we will do the knee surgery, but until we do, she gets around with no issues and no pain.
