Meet Morgan! Morgan (or mo mo as her foster mom calls her) is about 5 years old and weighs 36 pounds! She has a huge personality unlike any other! She is a vocal girl that likes to express herself with the cutest howls, grunts, and talks! She is the happiest go lucky girl! She loves to cuddle and sit in your lap whenever she can. She is a energetic, little hippo so room to run and a friend to play with is a must! She loves other dogs and people after getting to know them. She can be a little shy when meeting men, but quickly warms up. We are looking for sweet Morgan a forever home with a family that is willing to take things a little slower with lots of sniffs and love. She is great on car rides and would love to be your sidekick everywhere you go! She loves her people and keeps her foster family laughing at her silly antics! Our rescue pets are fostered in Southern foster homes (unless otherwise stated) and are posted for adoption once they are completely vetted and ready to travel. Our pets are adoptable in Alabama and New England States. Our adoption fee includes transport fee, spay/neuter, current vaccinations, deworming, heart worm test for animals over 7 months old, all necessary vetting and an interstate health certificate. Once an application is received, our team is happy to answer all of your questions and send additional pictures and videos. Thank you for thinking rescue!Adoption processA potential adopter will submit a application. A vet reference is very helpful and will speed the adoption process along. Once approved, a phone interview will be conducted and the adopter will sign a contract. Transport will then be scheduled to bring the new pet home.Shelter locationThe majority of our dogs/cats are fostered in Alabama. We have wonderful foster families that contact all applicants to answer any additional questions or provide more photos and videos. Once a application is approved our dogs/cats are transported north to their new families. We use a private transport that is USDA certified and Licensed. All dogs are fully vetted and will travel with a Alabama Health Certificate and their medical records. We are a 501C3 rescue. We can offer references upon request.
