Ozzie is the smallest of his litter, born outside. His feral mom left her litter. Ozzie & Rupert were adopted and recently returned when the adopter didn't want to deal with possible medical issues with Ozzie. He is slightly neurological due to probable panleukopenia as a kitten and does not respond well to any anesthesia which would need to be explained to his vet after adoption. Ozzie makes up for this with a wonderful, spunky personality and with the love of his brother, Rupert. We are looking for a big hearted adopter for this pair of brothers!Please submit an application at pawshs.org and NOT a Petfinder inquiry as they may not be answered due to the volume of these inquiries received. Our adoption fees include the cost of spaying/neutering, vaccinations (including rabies for cats / dogs over 4 months of age), flea prevention, worming, FeLV/FIV testing, heartworm test for dogs over 1 yrs old, and microchipping. We can set up a time to meet the animal and see if there is a good fit. Once the application is approved, there is an adoption fee of $165 for dogs, $80 for kittens and $50 for adult cats. All animals are current on shots, spayed/neutered and microchipped. Your new friend comes from a loving home enviornment where you already know about the animals likes and dislikes and its temperment.Shelter locationWe have a Feline Adoption center located inside PETCO on E State Street in Rockford IL.
