Oh, hello, my name is Mycah and can I just tell you how relieved I am to be sitting at the shelter, safe in my dog run? Whew! A kind neighbor found me wandering in her neighborhood. She could look at me and see that I needed help. She put me in her car and brought me to the shelter. I was nothing but skin and bones when I arrived, but you know what??? They could tell that I was a sweet girl and that I had potential to be a wonderful "family" member for just the right person! The shelter gave me all of my vaccinations, they gave me a microchip, and they had me spayed. I did test positive for heartworms, but through our friends on Facebook my treatment fee had been completely sponsored! Oh and I can't stop without mentioning my favorite friend at the shelter who has been bringing me chicken and rice from her home everyday! Thank you Linda! I love you!!
