Dixie is a fun and friendly dog. She enjoys meeting people and seems to be fine around kids and other dogs. She loves to play with stuffed toys and she wants them all! She's a hound dog so she walks with her nose to the ground and would most likely chase squirrels and cats. She has the hound bay and bark when she is running around with another dog and having fun. Dixie is very playful and energetic for a dog that is supposedly 8 years old (5/23/15) and would do best with a fenced in yard. Dixie loves food and she could probably stand to lose a few pounds. She weighs about 45 pounds. She is up to date on her shots, spayed and microchipped. Dixie is looking for an inside home with toys, a fenced in yard, and maybe a dog to play with. *************************************************************************** This pet comes with an implanted 24 PetWatch microchip and free registration into the 24PetWatch pet recovery service. *************************************************************************** This dog is available for adoption at the Humane Society of McCormick County in SC for an adoption fee.
