Socket is our resident, would be movie star. This fantastic, happy boy is incredibly entertaining with his vivacious personality, loving gestures, and most adorable playing. Socket finds joy in everything, everyone, and all kinds of activities. He is very energetic and bubbly, but will also sit in your lap affectionately, and even take belly rubs. He couldn’t be any friendlier or sweeter. Socket is a Jack Russell Terrier, about 2 1/2 years old and 12 pounds. When he first arrived, Socket had not been properly socialized to be with other dogs and would overwhelm them with his energy and playfulness. He has now been at the rescue about one year, and has learned appropriate play and how to hang out with the other dogs. He could be in a home with another young dog that likes to play a lot. He would also be okay as the only dog in the home. Socket walks nicely on a leash, but it would be nice for his new home to have a fenced yard for romping around.
