contact foster parent at XXXX@gmail.com“(King) Nugget is a low/medium energy spunky senior dude who loves to play and snuggle with his people and dog pals. He’s got a nice “off” switch and will happily nap the day away while his humans are out or at work. The Nugget King is dog, cat, and kid friendly. He will mostly ignore cats, but sometimes will initiate play (even to the kitties chagrin). Even when being reprimanded by his kitty sibling, he has shown zero aggression to little ones. Loves other pups, and is gentle with little ones. Would likely be fine with even the smallest of two-legged siblings. King is leash and harness trained, but needs assistance learning how not to pull and how not to get so overly excited when seeing other furry friends. Busy streets don’t seem to bother him at all during walks. King is a nice-sized medium German shepherd/lab mix (I think). Has been great in an apartment, but would love a yard to frolic in. King is the king of rolling around. King is a spunky senior boy who doesn’t want to grow up. He lives like he’s a young pup with much better bathroom manners (ZERO!!! accidents inside, even when left for 10+ hours alone). Crate trained and not destructive when left alone! The Nugget King is exactly that — the King of adoptable dogs. He was surrendered by his previous owner because they had to relocate. He’s absolutely a catch and his forever family would be lucky to have him in their lives to live out the rest of his golden years with love and affection.“
