07/22/23 14:07Reason animal needs rescue: Needs rescue due to extended shelter stayImpound type: StrayAJ09/07/23 08:38SVPP Dog Day Out Notes:I rode in the car and went on a 4.23 mile walk at Almaden Lake Park. I had a great time on our walk taking in all the sights and sniffs. A lot of people even complimented me during my walk! I also got to play in some water, which was really nice since it was hot outside. I also really loved sticking my head out the window to get all the smells during the car ride!Casey is a fun boy who still has his puppy energy! He is easy to walk on the leash and was so friendly to everyone who passed by us on the trail. When he sees other dogs, he does pull a bit and barks to say hello, but is easily redirected with treats and praise. Whenever something fast like a bicycle or runner passed by, Casey REALLY wanted to join! He would do well with an active owner who enjoys running and/or bicycling while Casey runs by their side. He also loves to show his `sit` for treats and is very chill on car rides.
