Adopt Honey a Lizard reptile, amphibian, and/or fish in Novato, CA (38671885)

Location:
Novato, CA
Description:

Honey is a sweet little female bearded dragon who is gentle and easy to handle. She has some slight special needs in that she has a touch of MBD (metabolic bone disease) a common Calcium deficiency that can affect reptiles that aren't given the proper care. Honey just needs extra Calcium supplemented into her diet and can be a bit wobbly getting around. But otherwise this girl is just like any other beardie! Allergic to fur? Have an affinity for playing with bugs? Like meal prep? Then a bearded dragon may be the pet for you! Bearded dragons are amazing pets with wonderful personalities. But low maintenance they are not! They do require a large enclosure (55 gallon tank minimum), specialty lights and a variety of meal options (including lots of veggies, supplements and insects). But with proper research and care, a bearded dragon can be your companion for 15+ years!
