Meet Bambi! This beautiful girl was surrendered when her owner could no longer care for her. It's important that you have an ideal home to allow them freedom to roam in a bunny-proofed area, as rabbits are very curious and love to chew! Rabbit-proofing your home includes ensuring it's free from reachable cords, wires, houseplants, and any other potentially harmful items. It's also important to do research on rabbit handling, nutrition, and enrichment prior to committing to adopting. Most rabbits do better with a friend so we highly recommend her going home to a second bunny! Rabbits are more work than you may think, but they're so worth it because they're so darn cute! If you think your home is a good match for Bambi, come in to meet her during our adoption hours at the Anti-Cruelty Society!
