Tonka is one of our long term residents here at Pawsitive Connections. He has been with us since 2021. We think he deserves a reintroduction. Tonka is an Australian Cattle Dog/Shepherd mix who is about 2 years old. He arrived at the Tulare County Animal Shelter with bad bite wounds and was originally hesitant with other dogs. We introduced him to some new friendly dogs and he now loves other dogs and really enjoys his daily play sessions. Tonka also loves toys, especially balls. He doesn't jump up on people and walks well on leash. We hold adoption events at Petsmart San Jose every Saturday starting at 11am, and most of our adoptable dogs can be met by appointment at these events.
