Meet Jerry. He was found wandering in a rural area. No one ever came forward to claim him, so now Jerry is looking for a new home. Jerry is on the shy side at first but does warm up once he gets to know you. He gets along with people and other dogs. We do not know what he thinks about cats. Jerry was given an ear cleaning at the time of his neuter so he is all set to go. Jerry is 6 years old and 24 pounds. Please help this sweet guy find his forever home. Update: Jerry tested Lyme+ and is on the usual course of antibiotic. He is very doing well and his antibiotic will be sent home with his new family for completion. Jerry is currently available for adoption. We do NOT ship our animals. All adoptive families must travel to us to meet their adoptive dog/cat. Applicants must live within a 2 hour radius from Sparta/Andover (07871/07821). Please understand that we are an animal shelter and thus unable to say whether the dogs are housebroken as they are not in homes.
