Hello! My name is Maybel and humans always tell me I look like a cow, but I am actually a Pitbull mix, not sure how they always confuse that. I am almost 8 years old and in my older age, I have found that one of the things I enjoy the most in life is sunbathing! I have a pretty good setup with my own door to the backyard and will spend hours just soaking up the sun. Next to tearing up all of my squeaky toys, my next favorite thing would be sleeping! I enjoy my personal space but also love the occasional cuddles. In the nearly 4 years I've been in my current house, I haven't had any accidents in the house. I also LOVE humans, even the tiny ones! Every new human I meet, I always want to give them all the kisses and get lots of pets from them. While I might be sleeping and seem very low energy most of the day, just wait until you see my zoomies, I think I can run very fast for my size! And one thing that will always get me excited is my favorite phrase, "Are you hungry?. It makes me jump up and run around cause I know it's time for dinner! Sadly, due to my past before my current owner, I don't trust other dogs so I must be the only pet in the house! Maybel is participating in The Love Pit's iRehome program, so ongoing care and custody are provided by their foster. All behavior and medical information is provided by their caretaker, and TLP encourages all adopters to verify the information with their caretaker prior to adoption.
