FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED:Say hello to Chopper! He is a gorgeous, purebred, 7-month-old, Doberman Pinscher who came to us from an overcrowded shelter in CA to find a better life Chopper is fun, active boy who still has very puppy like energy and will need work on his overall obedience and leash skills. She can be a little mouthy (playful), so we are not recommending small children at this time. He does great with other dogs and loves to play and would love another playful dog in the home. We are looking for a home with a securely fenced yard in a quiet neighborhood where he can run and play. No city life for him. He enjoys going for walks but can be barky at other dogs passing by as he wants to engage them in play. He loves to go on walks and run and would love an active adopter who loves to run or would take him on adventures. Chopper is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped and neutered. His adoption fee is $550.Adoption processInterested in adopting one of our rescue dogs? Here are the steps to a successful adoption: 1) Review the dog's picture and bio; 2) Fill out an Adoption Application 3) We will screen your application* and call you to tell you more about the dog, 4) A Meet and Greet will be set up. All members of your household (dogs and humans) must attend the meet and greet; 5) If you are approved for adoption, pay the adoption fee, sign the adoption contract and receive the dog's health records; 6) Love and adore your new dog! *FHDR Adoption Application Privacy Policy: Our organization - Forever Home Dog Rescue - values your privacy. Any and all application information is private and will not be shared outside of our organization with ANY other party. After a decision is made on a dog, all applicant and adopter personal information will be disposed of by shredding. We do not retain any application information past adoption in an effort to preserve the security and privacy of applicants. Vaccination, microchip and medical records of adopted and current dogs can be accessed under the dogs name and month of adoption.
