Virginia Slim has come a long way, baby! An adopter found her ditched on the street, zipped up in a carrier. She had a collar so we know she was once a housecat (another clue is she smelled like an ashtray, hence the name). All of this has been so stressful for her! She's now in a foster home and finally starting to relax. She loves to lounge on a pile of blankets, and she's getting all the Churu treats she can eat. She's even starting to play with toys! Ginny would do best in a quiet, single-cat home where she can call the shots. Let us know if you'd like to adopt her! Upon receiving the cat(s), adopters are asked to sign an adoption contract and pay the adoption fee ($175 for most cats, $125 for seniors and special needs). Adopters are emailed all vet records and related forms.Shelter locationEvery Sunday at 181 Irving Ave (Bushwick Bark) from 1 to 4 pm
