Oreo is a very active black and white tuxedo boy who is under a year old. He came to HART through no fault of his own. To distinguish him from the other tuxedo youngster in the room, look for a cat who has an unbroken white blaze running down his nose, with the bottom section shaped like a pear. He also has a white ""W"" running up the side of one of his back legs. Oreo loves attention and warms up quickly when you pet him. He enjoys it so much that he will purr, rub his head against your hand, give gentle licks, and generally become a headbutting fool. It is obvious that he enjoys human company. He gets along with some of the other kitties in his room but is known to chase the more timid cats, requiring a time-out. He probably would do best in a single-cat home. Oreo does love to play but needs to feel safe and comfortable in his home. Too much activity seems to bother him. Our medical team has placed him on medications to help him with stress and acting up. He will need a veterinarian to oversee his medications and make sure that he adjusts to his new home properly.
