River is a beautiful 8-9 month old border collie(?) mix who weighs 45 lbs. River was adopted 6 months ago but returned when the owner encountered personal medical issues and knew she couldn’t give River the home she needed. River is at the age where she has lots of energy; loves to run and play. Loves other dogs and any person, although she may be too rambunctious for very small children. She is crate trained and is working on housetraining. She knows some basic commands like sit, lie down and leave it. River has no aggression of any type around food or toys. An active family and a fenced in yard would be preferred to help her work off her energy. River would make an awesome second dog for someone with a high energy pet looking for a playmate. Adoption fee includes:- microchip- spay/neuter- age appropriate vaccinations: Bordetella, DH(L)PP, rabies- heartworm preventive & flea/tick preventive - deworming
