Sullivan is a 2-3 year old shih tzu who spent the first two years of his life being neglected, as a result of this neglect he was severely matted and had areas where the matts were so bad, they had actually been pulled out in clumps causing some scaring on his tiny body. He also is blind in one eye due to unknown trauma. All of his past does not stop him from being a very sweet and spunky little guy though! Sullivan is dog friendly but can play a little too zealously for some dogs. He would do great in a home with another active dog to play with. Adoption fee is: $400 THE 1ST STEP IS TO FILL OUT AN APPLICATION ON www.camorescue.com We would love to help you find your next family member. Please understand we are all volunteers and are understaffed. So please be patient with us to respond to your adoption application. ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com. Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee. Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with the foster to set up a meet and greet. We are a foster based RESCUE, not a shelter. All of our dogs are in individual foster homes. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs. CAMO rescue is a 501c3 whose primary focus is rescuing small dogs from the euthanasia list from high kill TX shelters. EIN # is 46-5486022 We rescue 800+ animals a year.
