Lyric is a sweet, fiesty little girl. She is about 45 lbs and is just past two years old. She is a very high energy girl who could really use a matching playmate that is tolerant and very playful. An older, sedate dog may get tired of her. A cat-free home would be best as she really wants to harass them. She is crate trained and housebroken, still needs some leash work. Lyric is a little bit of a special needs girl. She has been cursed with hip dysplasia at a young age. The vet considered it a mild case and so she has been put on the supplement Dasuquin and will have to remain on that the rest of her life. If her condition deteriorates, she will need a hip surgery. She also has a light case of heartworms and that treatment will continue at the rescue's expense. Apply for Lyric at hhfrescue.org
